“The bathroom facilities aren’t working as they should.”

“I just wish they kept us better in the loop about maintenance. For example, my flatmate reported an issue with her pipes, and they ended up needing to bring in someone external. But we had to ask again and again just to get any information at all. It would be really helpful if they sent an email with updates for each job, like whether it’s finished or if they’re waiting on something, so we’re not left guessing. We reported the pipe problem every week from September, and it’s now March, and they’ve only just decided to get an outside person in. Also, I think we need a new maintenance person. The one we have is a bit creepy, and honestly he doesn’t seem like he really knows what he’s doing.”

“I absolutely love where I’m staying, it’s way better than everyone else’s. What makes the biggest difference is the staff here. Honestly, it’s all because of them.”
