“The mattress is a lot better now, since the spring one used to make me feel uncomfortable. Also, the shower drain works much better.”

“I think the biggest problem will be over the weekends. If a student forgets their key card or leaves something in their room, or if they run into any issues with the accommodation, it turns into a really difficult situation. We end up having to contact the help desk, and it’s not easy to get through. It also takes a long time. Last week I waited for about an hour. So I do think it will get better, but right now it’s pretty rough.”

“Change the hobs. The ones that are there now take forever to warm up, and they just don’t get as hot as I’d like.”

“I wouldn’t change anything, but I do feel like it’s a little pricey for the amount of space you get, especially since it’s fairly small for what you pay.”
