“If I had to pick just one thing to change about where I’m living now, it would be the laundry setup. It works, but I honestly think it could be looked after better or updated so it runs more smoothly and consistently for everyone. I’d also really like to have a shared lounge or common room in the building. A space like that would make it much easier for residents to hang out, have visitors over, or even get some studying done. It would go a long way toward building a stronger community feel. On top of that, I think it would be great to add some outdoor seating areas on the ground level. It would give people a nice place to unwind outside, and it would also make it easier for neighbors to spend time together. Overall, if the laundry facilities were improved, a common hall was added, and there were outdoor seating areas, I feel like the whole living experience would be much better. It would help create a friendlier atmosphere and a real sense of camaraderie among residents.”
