“My radiator hasn’t been doing a proper job for some time, and I haven’t heard anything about it recently. I’ve been provided with a portable oil heater, and it works well, but it’s not nearly as handy as the automatic temperature control that was included with the thermostat.”

“In my studio there isn’t an extractor fan above the hob, so cooking can be a bit of a hassle. Even when I ventilate the room, it doesn’t always help, and I’ve ended up triggering false fire alarms. On the sports side, it would be great if they put some money into a few machines, or at least a free weight setup and a power rack.”

“In the winter it’s just freezing. Even when the heating is set to the highest level, it still doesn’t feel warm enough.”
