“Honestly, I’m not sure whose job this is, but a lot of the time when we order something through the company, they send it to a different accommodation. It doesn’t get delivered to where we are. Then I have to travel from where I live to Kimber just to pick up my old mail, and it’s really inconvenient.”

“The bathrooms and the ventilation could be better, because the space gets damp really fast.”

“The team is pretty responsive in general, but a lot of the time there isn’t anyone around to handle deliveries or sort out issues. When someone is there, everything runs smoothly and they’re really lovely. The main problem is that I can only reach the staff during certain hours, since there’s often no one available.”
