“Overall, the houses just don’t feel properly designed. The ventilation is really bad, and it leads to damp and mould in the rooms, which I’ve been told isn’t just happening to me. The bathrooms are also quite poorly laid out, with barely any storage space, and the shower is awful to use. The water temperature swings suddenly, so it’s either scalding hot with low pressure or there’s no cold water at all. On top of that, the kitchen storage needs to be increased. With so many people, having only about two cupboards each for food and utensils is simply not enough.”

“I’d add more lighting and brighter colors throughout the house, especially in the bedroom, so it feels a lot more cozy and not like something gloomy is seeping out of the walls.”
