“I really like the sense of community and the events. The staff are genuinely kinder, and support has been better overall. The app is also less glitchy for putting in repair requests and checking the status updates.”

“I’m happier living with better people, and I’ve got way more room in the fridge and freezer.”

“It would have been better if the staff gave us a heads-up about the maintenance stuff in the building. For instance, the change to the building insulation was never mentioned.”

“I think the cleaning service could be better. Our cleaners only come on Tuesdays to clean the kitchen, so most of the time the kitchen stays dirty. I’d really like them to come Monday through Friday instead.”
