“Recycling food waste would be great, and it would also help to have more benches around the grassy spots. The rent could be cheaper, but honestly that seems to be true everywhere. Other than that, everything is fantastic.”

“The place gets cleaned every two weeks, and I’ve noticed some other buildings offer that same schedule for no extra cost. I think adding that here would really level it up, and it would also help the building stay in better shape and be better preserved.”
