“A few of the flatmates don’t really get along, and honestly that makes the whole place feel a lot worse to live in. Still, aside from that, the accommodation itself is really good. Maybe during move-in week there could be some events for everyone to do together as a flat, so people can bond and hopefully avoid the tension we’re dealing with now?”

“It helps to have management that can actually handle the number of residents here. With the new building opening, there are only about two people managing all three buildings, so a lot of problems end up getting pushed aside. There just aren’t enough staff to make sure things get sorted out, like calling plumbers or electricians when something goes wrong, which has happened quite a few times.”

“Put more windows in the smaller kitchens.”

“Honestly, the only real thing I’d tweak is one of my flatmates. I’d love it more if there were a larger communal space, but aside from that, it’s pretty nice.”

“Please get the builders to stop starting work so early right outside the accommodation. It wakes most of us up. Also, it would be great if the parcels were delivered in a better organised way, and if there was someone at reception for longer hours. Lastly, could the washing services be cheaper, and actually work properly for everyone?”
