“The mattresses feel kind of firm.”
“Whenever we request maintenance to come address a problem, we never really know when they’re going to show up. Sometimes we’re asleep or in the shower, and we’re not expecting anyone, so getting an email saying they’re on the way can feel a little awkward because we have to let them in. If we could get a more specific time window or an estimated day, that would be really helpful.”
“Strict about drugs and noise”
“Shared spaces in the apartment”
“Add more amenities for residents, like a gym, and make the social lounge better.”
“So more things can happen”
“A lot of things end up broken, and the maintenance team takes forever to get back to you. Like, for instance, my bedroom light wasn’t replaced for nearly a month after I put in the request, and this was during winter when it gets dark a lot.”
“You can pick from different mattress types based on how firm you want it to feel.”
“Maybe it would be better to change the bathroom layout, like separating the flooring between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom floor.”
“Really good fridge freezers, with loads more room to keep your food.”
