“The service from the staff is pretty disappointing. When I try to submit maintenance requests through the app, I don’t get much help, so I end up having to come into the office. And even then, I sometimes have to follow up more than once before anything actually gets fixed.”

“Just make sure maintenance actually follows up on the requests, instead of just marking them as done and moving on.”

“The laundry setup is pretty outdated. The place by the lake is especially bad. Since there are no street lights, doing laundry early in the morning feels sketchy and unsafe, and inside it's freezing cold too because there are no windows and no heating.”
