“When I drive in through the gate, I have to get out of the car to open it, and that honestly makes me nervous as a young woman. Also, when I’m coming home from a night shift, sometimes it’s around 4am, and having to leave the car running for that doesn’t feel great.”

“There aren’t any silverfish in the rooms, and we also don’t have those weekly fire alarms. Honestly, they’re really annoying.”
