“It could use a bit of a refresh because it can look pretty ugly at times, and there’s mold everywhere. Also, the parking spots are misleading, it feels like false advertising.”

“I’d like to have a dehumidifier installed in the basement floor to help stop mold and mildew from growing, and also so we can switch off the bathroom lights and air filters when they’re not being used.”

“The kitchen really needs an update, the curtains look old, and the sofas are damaged in several spots too. On top of that, they are not very comfortable to sit on.”
