“Repairs are handled slowly and not very effectively, and they don’t seem to respect residents’ privacy or take care of people’s property.”

“- Switching to a hard floor like wood or tile instead of carpet would make everyday cleaning way easier. - The kitchen needs better upkeep too, because the rubber seal on my freezer and the oven seal in my flat have started to wear out.”
