“The biggest change I think would really help my situation is that there have been several times when the shower stops working for a while, either with no water at all or with the temperature and pressure changing. I’ve found it pretty frustrating to deal with, but I do appreciate that once it’s been reported, there have been a lot of attempts to fix it.”
“The nearby areas are really filthy, there’s trash left behind from other houses and local shops, and it doesn’t feel safe to be there at night.”
