“Cleanliness: I’ve seen plenty of silverfish. Expense: It wouldn’t feel as bad if it wasn’t one of the priciest places in Leeds.”

“It feels really overpriced for what you actually get. Other places to stay usually cost less and offer much better amenities.”

“The rooms could use better lighting. Right now everything feels too dim and gloomy. Also, I’m not really happy with the toilets. The seats feel uncomfortable and kind of flimsy, like they’re low quality.”
