“I really wish the place felt a bit less like a jail. The furniture is nicer, but it would be even better if everything actually worked. When we moved in, the washing machine didn’t work and the hot water wasn’t working either. I can barely stand up in my room, which is definitely not ideal, and our shower has black mold. There’s a lot that needs fixing.”
