“There’s a communal area, which is nice, but it’s a bit disappointing that the accommodation doesn’t really have a proper living space inside the flats, or a shared hangout hub for everyone across the blocks. Something like a study area or a games room would make a big difference.”

“Overall, I’d say the maintenance communication has gotten better. For instance, sometimes we’re told maintenance is going to come to our rooms, but the details are pretty unclear, like whether it’s maintenance, cleaners, or someone doing inspections, and the time frames can be vague too. There have been a few occasions where people show up after 10, and we’re left wondering what part of the day we’re actually supposed to be free.”

“Honestly, that washing machine company is terrible. The machines keep breaking down all the time.”

“There should be more laundry machines. Right now there are only six for the entire place, and a lot of them don’t work properly. At the very least, they should have double the number.”
