“I feel like the main thing that could be improved is already there, but the cycle garage just needs to be a bit more secure. Things like adding cameras would make a difference, because I am not saying it is unsafe right now, but if someone tried to steal or cause trouble, it would be harder for them to get away with it. I think some cameras around the cycle area and the garage would be a great upgrade. Other than that, I really like this place. I would personally recommend it to students because it is very student friendly. If anything ever goes wrong, like lighting issues, a toilet blockage, or electronics not working, they respond quickly and help as soon as possible. Also, the courier system is really good. Whatever you order online gets delivered to the office and it stays safe. That is the big thing for me, because in a lot of accommodations, these kinds of services are not always looked after properly. In Mary Murray’s house, everything is maintained really well.”

“We renewed our property contract for a second year, but the worst part is that nothing got fixed or cleaned. We lived in it for a year, so it should have been like new again. For example, the sofa wasn’t replaced or updated, and it was the same with a lot of other things too.”

“I’ve been staying here for about two years now, and honestly the only thing that bothers me is that maintenance doesn’t get done on time. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my washing machine for around six months. There was a period where I literally didn’t have a working washing machine, so I couldn’t wash my clothes at all. I ended up having to wash everything by hand, which was really the main problem I faced. Other than that, everything has been great.”
