“The appliances were better overall, but I did run into some problems with the refrigerator, and the vacuum I received wasn’t great either.”
“The showers should have glass windows. I’d also like the staff to plan more activities instead of relying so much on proposals and the social committee. It would help too if the reception hours were longer, and if we had monthly activities.”
“More chances to get together and socialise”
“The main staff don’t really plan anything or seem interested in helping the social committee connect with other people. There also aren’t any events being promoted by the main staff to help build a sense of community. On top of that, the residence is usually messy, there aren’t many things to do, and the materials never seem to get updated.”
“Sometimes the emails get delivered to the wrong place.”
“Please stop having people smoke outside the rooms, and try to be more patient and understanding with anyone who is a little loud at night. A lot of us need to use the bathroom, and some of us are just night owls when we’re studying.”
