“I want better noise control and I’d like the back door fixed to make things more secure.”

“The bed was way too soft. The building was unbearably hot. The curtains did absolutely nothing.”

“I’m not sure why the fire alarm keeps going off so often, and at all times, even right in the middle of the night. I’d really appreciate it if it would stop.”

“I like to cook, so having a real kitchen would definitely help me out. That said, I understood when I picked this place that the kitchenette would be pretty basic, so I’m not upset that it isn’t what I would prefer. I just think a nicer, more functional kitchen would make my day to day living a lot better.”

“Recycling. Not sure, but it feels like it could use more heat.”

“Having recycling options for waste included.”

“The reception could be improved. I think there should always be someone working at the front desk during the day, rather than having to reach staff by email.”

“The airflow for the kitchen vent and the toilet vent is way better, so smoke doesn’t hang around when I’m cooking bacon and eggs.”

“I’d like to have everything that’s broken fixed. These issues were already here when I arrived, and I’m really hoping I won’t be charged when I leave. For instance, the door lock has been broken since I got here, even though they said they would fix it the next day. The window shutter was also broken, and even after I showed it to them, they didn’t do anything. Plus, I was told a wall would be painted, but it’s been a month now and nothing has been done.”
