“Honestly, the main thing I’d focus on is the value for money. Even though you are paying for and getting a really nice, luxury-style stay, with your own studio setup, your own kitchen, and your own bathroom, it doesn’t always feel worth the price. Since being here, there have been quite a few issues. There have been leaks in the building, and those leaks have also caused problems with the fire alarms. I feel like with a bit more investment from the company, these could have been sorted properly, so the stay would feel like better value. At times, I just don’t feel like I’m getting what I’m paying for. It is a great idea to have your own space, and it does match the high price point. But the building itself still needs improvement if you want it to deliver real bang for your buck. I’ve had multiple leaks during my stay, and the plumbing and general structure have been causing problems, which makes it difficult and not what you want when you’re paying over £200 a week. That said, it’s not completely bad overall.”

“The whole postal process feels pretty confusing because you can drop parcels off in a few different places, and if the manager hasn’t told you it’s arrived, it’s hard to know where it’ll be.”
