“I’d definitely work on the walls. It sounds kind of silly, but a lot of noise comes through them, especially since the building is right by a main road. Even when other students aren’t being loud, you still hear the general traffic noise outside, and it makes the place feel really noisy. I’d add better soundproofing or build thicker walls to help block it out.”

“The washing costs are way too high, and it’s hard to manage paying for it after I’ve already had to cover rent. Honestly, that’s the only part that should be looked at.”
