“From September to December I was living with some really untidy flatmates, and it caused me a lot of stress. Because I’m a student who is estranged from my parents and I don’t have a place to stay back home, it was especially difficult to manage. In my opinion, they should have moved me to a different room much sooner, since I wasn’t able to use my kitchen for quite a while. I also had to keep paying full rent even though I didn’t have full access to the space.”

“I’d really like to see the microwave included as part of the kitchen. The place also needs larger windows so we get more natural light, and the heating should be improved. It would help to have a more inviting shared area with activities. On top of that, the laundry costs feel way too high, and it would be great to get notifications when we have mail.”
