“I wish the bed was bigger, and I really need a bit more space in the room too. I’ve got friends staying in other places who likely pay around £4 extra each week, but they get a proper double bed (while mine is smaller than a single) and they’re in a much nicer room. That difference is honestly the main reason I’m disappointed here. On top of that, the mattress they provided is really awful.”
