“Students should be responsible for keeping their apartment and living area clean. Replacement keys should cost less. During any construction, it should not start too early so it does not disrupt students working late shifts. There should be more maintenance to help prevent students from getting locked out after those late shifts. Also, communication between students and the company should be faster when issues or problems come up.”

The furniture quality needs improving too, because I’ve had to replace my chair and bed frame. Finally, the bathrooms could be better, as I’ve had issues with leaking pipes and lights that weren’t working properly.”
