“The noise insulation just isn’t good enough. I really hope the place can improve the soundproofing, because the rooms that face the street are extremely loud at night. I’d also like a reminder posted somewhere to close the door quietly in the ensuite, since my roommate shuts it really loudly. On top of that, the smart heating keeps switching on and off, and it often takes about 1 to 2 minutes before it kicks in again, which makes the room a bit too cold for sleeping. In my opinion, these are the three biggest issues, and the lack of quiet is the worst one.”
