“Overall, it’s been a really positive experience. The room is nice, and the kitchen has plenty of space to store everything you need. The staff are also great, and they always come across as friendly and helpful when you talk to them.”

“There should be more to do here to make it feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. Other places we’ve stayed at have game rooms, gyms, and stuff like that, but this one has nothing. Also, when I first moved into my room it was pretty dirty, and I ended up cleaning everything myself, even stains on the walls and floors. To me it feels like I’m paying more for the area than for the actual accommodation. Honestly, it doesn’t feel worth what I’m paying.”

“The space and the room itself are fantastic, and I’m honestly pleased with everything else. That said, I think the mattress quality could be improved to make it even more comfortable.”

“The WiFi could be better. It would also be nice to have more events that get people mingling, or maybe a shared communal space. Having reception available 24/7 would be really helpful, and I think the security should be improved too.”
