“Set up one shared communication channel for everyone, whether they live on the same floor or in the same flats, and make sure a member of staff is included in that group so support and messages are easier to manage.”

“I think it would be a lot better if there were a 24/7 reception desk on site to help residents and also handle parcel deliveries.”

“I really just wish it cost a bit less, because I’m having to dip into my mum’s savings, my own savings, and even the money from my maintenance loan. I’m also using what I earn from my job to cover everything.”

“Some of the notes on the network maps haven’t been updated, so it’s kind of hard to locate the addresses. Also, the house doesn’t have great sound insulation. On top of that, I’d like to strengthen the security setup, for example by adding more cameras and improving access control.”

“There are more activities, the front desk is available 24/7, and maintenance seems to respond much quicker. The staff are also more welcoming, and they take the time to explain how everything works.”

“In my shared apartment, there are only a few windows, and the hallway that connects the three rooms has no window at all. Because of that, there is basically no air moving through the place, and it ends up smelling really nasty. Honestly, it is hard to get rid of the bad odor once it builds up. I would definitely fix this. Student apartments really need more windows. If that is not possible, then at least an extractor fan would help.”
