“Having extra washing machine and dryer services for every building block is really important. With only two washers and dryers per block, it can turn into a problem and you end up waiting in a long line just to get one load of laundry done.”

“The place was cleaner, and there was more cleaning gear available. It would be even better if someone on staff came by to tidy up the site every now and then. Also, the soundproofing was better.”

“Honestly, there aren’t many things I’d change, because it really did go above what I expected in a good way. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. For example, the bin setup. It’s a bit of a walk from my accommodation, and that can be a pain when it’s raining. Also, if I ever have any issues with the bins, it feels like it’s still quite a distance to deal with it. The pricing is another thing. I get that Manchester is a big city and it’s close to the centre, so I understand why it costs what it does. It’s not extremely outrageous, but it can definitely be on the pricey side, especially once you factor in deposits and student finance. But overall, it’s a really good place.”
