Right now it feels like there is only one staff member at a time, and sometimes I can't seem to catch them even though I know when they are meant to be working. I understand it is a small team, but it would really help to have someone else on reception when the other person is on break or at lunch. As another option, a sign showing when they are taking a break and when they are expected to return would be really helpful, so we know when we can reach them.”

“Honestly, I can’t think of much to complain about. When I first got there, it could have been a bit cleaner, though it was still pretty good. I just cleaned it myself.”

“The team has often been bad at explaining things clearly, like a cashback promotion, where we only learned the amount had been reduced after we got it. Also, they don’t reply to certain emails, which is pretty frustrating and not fair.”
