“Roman House is a fantastic place to live, especially because it’s in such a great spot right in the middle of Newcastle city centre. The accommodation is really modern and maintained to a high standard, with comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and your own private bathroom. The kitchen is also large and comes with everything you need, and the quality is really good too. Overall, the price feels incredibly fair and is much cheaper than other student places you can find around the city. I’d definitely recommend this location to any incoming students.”

“Building relationships with the residents more closely”

“The laundry setup here is a lot better, but it’s also much cheaper. A family member who works for a housing association only pays 60p for a single wash, while Roman House charges £3.00. I just can’t see how that’s fair, especially when we don’t really have any other choice.”
