“Much better common space to hang out and chat with people from the other flats in the building.”

“Cleanliness and upkeep were a bit rough. On my first day after moving in, I had to scrub my room and put in a request to get the shower drain unclogged. There were dead bugs on the ceiling, the place was dusty everywhere, and the shower would not drain.”
