“In the living room, the kitchen is way better and it actually works.”
“We replaced the carpets with wood floors so that, once summer hits, it doesn’t feel so hot. Cleaning is also a lot easier for the cleaners.”
“The room temperature never seems to change, and the radiator doesn't heat up even when I turn it on. Also, the kitchen fan doesn’t work properly, so some people’s cooking smells linger in the kitchen.”
“There’s more space for all my kitchen appliances.”
“There’s way less noise, and the system for picking flatmates feels much more personal. It matches people using their interests, which I really like. The shared spaces are nicer too, the laundry setup is better, and there’s more parking available.”
“I think you should add some soundproofing because sound carries through really easily.”
“The beds are really uncomfortable. On top of that, the room setup didn’t match what was advertised. If you’re sharing with a roommate, the storage space isn’t divided fairly. One person ended up with a storage bed, and I got a steel frame cot instead.”
“I think the shower curtain should be a bit shorter since it’s currently too long, and the bathroom floor ends up getting wet every time. Plus, having a second sink would be really helpful.”
