“I’d really like to improve the sound insulation in my flat. This year has been tough because my upstairs tenant has insomnia, and they keep banging around all night. It means I never get a proper full night’s sleep. On top of that, the flat is right by a main road, so even on weekends it’s extremely noisy anyway.”
