“I had a delay when I was waiting for the guardian verification. It took about a week to get confirmed, which I understand. Still, I think it would help if they added a page on their website to show the status, or something similar, because relying only on email can be pretty difficult for international students. The accommodation also feels quite new, and the reception is located in a different building. That makes it a bit troublesome to collect parcels. The staff are working on it right now, but I really hope they can sort out the issue before Christmas.”

“The dorms need some maintenance, and a few areas look pretty worn out. For the price they charge, it honestly feels pretty outrageous.”
