Then one morning, a homeless man was inside, moving around the floors, and it was genuinely scary for the residents here. It all seemed to happen because the front door stopped locking properly.”

“It would be great if someone actually stayed at the front desk during the office hours, or at least showed up at the times they say they will. It’s really hard to tell when the receptionist is going to be there, even though it says they’ll be in for a specific two hour window. Most of the time they’re at the desk at random times, not at the assigned ones.”
