I get that there are a lot of rooms to deal with, among other things, but it would really help if they could be more specific about what’s happening and when. Last time they came, there wasn’t any heads-up email at all, and it can be quite worrying to hear a random knock at my door when I’m not expecting anyone. They could also leave a note if they’ve been in when I’m not home. That way you know they’ve attended, so you are not left waiting for them, and you can also tell whether the job is finished. Also, over the last couple of years I’ve been living here, I’ve had a few jobs done where maintenance left a mess in my room, and I ended up having to clean it up myself.”

“Having a shared area for studying, games, and other activities can really help bring people together, and it also makes it simpler to focus since you have a specific place set aside for studying.”
