The way they run things, like how they manage maintenance, handle trash removal, and keep the building secure.

The kitchen and bathroom are pretty small, and the customer service was awful. I also never got a response to my emails.

I’ve got a washer and dryer, at least for the hall to use and share!

The one thing I’d change about where I’m staying right now is the welcome pack. I’d love to see more vegetarian options in it. Also, it would be great if the washing machines had contactless payment, since getting coins at the moment is a bit of a hassle.

It has a lot more room in the kitchen and plenty of storage space too.

The laundry room works like this: you have to have the exact number of coins, with the only exception being 5 pennies, to use the washer and dryer. If you do not have the exact coins, the machines will not return your money. On top of that, the front desk staff says they cannot make change for us, which turns into a totally unnecessary extra expense. The good part is that you can cut this down by paying by card instead. You can add money to the card and use it, or you can even pay directly with your bank card.

The kitchen and the bathroom feel way too cramped.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with my accommodation. It’s clean and feels like a safe place to live. That said, I would recommend doing a thorough room check before a student moves in. When I arrived, my window was broken, and I ended up having to chase them to get it sorted. It should have been checked before I came in.
