“The laundry room works like this: you have to have the exact number of coins, with the only exception being 5 pennies, to use the washer and dryer. If you do not have the exact coins, the machines will not return your money. On top of that, the front desk staff says they cannot make change for us, which turns into a totally unnecessary extra expense. The good part is that you can cut this down by paying by card instead. You can add money to the card and use it, or you can even pay directly with your bank card.”

“Overall, I’m pretty happy with my accommodation. It’s clean and feels like a safe place to live. That said, I would recommend doing a thorough room check before a student moves in. When I arrived, my window was broken, and I ended up having to chase them to get it sorted. It should have been checked before I came in.”
