On top of that, the false fire alarms that keep going off at around 4 or 5 in the morning are really upsetting, and then they even tried to blame me for not paying when I hadn’t done anything wrong. Overall, it’s left a really bad taste. If they want me to be happy, they need to communicate properly and keep us informed, because right now we’re being left in the dark about far too much.”
