“The building feels more dependable overall, since we have had issues like the hot water going off when the fire alarm is used, and when we first moved in we didn’t have hot water for about 1 to 2 months. Maintenance also needs better organisation. It would help to get proper set dates for the work, instead of being told it will happen sometime within a window of two weeks or more. They also shouldn’t schedule the noisiest maintenance in the middle of exam season, because it’s been waking us up at around 8 am. I’d like to see the maintenance quality improved too, and there should be more washing machines and dryers, since there are only 2 of each in a building with 7 floors.”
