“1) This is pretty good, but honestly it’s far too pricey for what you actually get. 2) Please, please fix the fire alarm. It goes off a few times every week with absolutely no reason. It’s not just irritating, it’s also kind of dangerous. People have started ignoring it, so instead of everyone going outside right away, they just stay in their rooms and wait for it to stop. If there ever is a real fire, that could put people in a lot of trouble. If you can’t make it less sensitive, then at least give us a way to silence it, because it should not be screaming for 20 minutes just because someone burned their food a little.”

That said, it would really help if they put more effort into building up the social side and creating more planned community activities. For example, they could run events more often and keep them varied, like movie nights, game tournaments, study groups, cultural evenings, and fitness sessions, so students feel more connected and have an easier way to unwind. It would also be great to see improved outdoor areas, with comfortable seating, better lighting, and some recreational options, so students actually have a nice place to hang out and enjoy being outside.”

“Staff communication was a mixed bag. It felt like someone should have been available at all times to handle any problems that came up. Also, the kitchen area didn’t seem very clean, which was a bit worrying.”
