“If you’re living on the top floors, you should definitely have access to the elevator. It doesn’t feel fair that the only time you get to use it is when you’re coming in or moving out. I also moved in on a Sunday, so there was no chance to use the elevator at all. And when people leave for half term or other breaks, they should tell reception ahead of time, so they can use the elevator instead of hauling heavy suitcases up and down the stairs.”
