“Picking up my packages in the evening takes forever”

“I just wish the staff would update us more when we report issues, like when a sink is broken, because it doesn’t get fixed straight away. Also, the place is quite dusty, so it would help if the flats came with hoovers. On a positive note, the corridors do get cleaned weekly.”
