“I really wish the reception hours were a bit longer. When I wanted to pick up my parcel, I had to call the staff and get them to come over from the other place across the street, and that took around 10 minutes. It was pretty frustrating. My friends’ accommodations have a reception that’s open 24 hours, but I’m not asking for that. I just think the opening times should be more normal and predictable, like 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, instead of having to keep going to reception just to check if they’re available. Also, there was one time when they nearly misplaced my parcel. Overall, I think the parcel collection process and reception opening hours could be improved.”
