“There’s a really loud racket coming from the bin area between about 5:00am and 7:30am. It sounds like lots of glass bottles being thrown into the bin, and then there’s also the garbage truck picking everything up, especially on Mondays. I can’t sleep properly at all, because the noise wakes me up. Could you please ask the bar or pub to change the time they throw the glass bottles out?”

“The lifts are always breaking down. The fire alarm keeps going off during the night.”

“Rent is cheaper, and the apartment has more amenities.”

“I really think the fridge and freezer are too small, especially for two people. Also, I wish the gym had more equipment or was a bit larger, but I understand that might not be something they can change.”
