“Honestly, even though everyone is supposed to know the rules for shared living spaces, a lot of people still don’t follow them. For some residents, leaving common areas messy and being loud seems to be just how they act. I really wish there was tighter oversight of tenant behavior, along with actual fines for anyone who ignores the rules, so we could have a nicer, more comfortable place to live.”

“One thing I’d really like to see improved is the cleanliness. I think everything else is fine, but the place needs to be kept more environmentally clean.”
