The Vantage

“This place is really convenient, it’s close to lots of major transport options. On top of that, the building is nice and they host a bunch of events, which makes it feel lively. I also think the cleaning staff do a great job and really help keep everything in order. The people here are friendly and everyone seems willing to assist. The only downside is that there isn’t any parking, and I feel like they could add more facilities.”

“I’ve found that some flatmates can be really messy, and it can completely spoil your stay. My time here has been great overall, but the one thing I’d say is that the cleanliness level my flatmates keep up isn’t great.”

“Maintenance-wise, they’ve arranged more transport options close to the accommodation. They also work with the universities so you can get to campus for free. Saint Peter’s Court runs the complimentary shuttle bus.”

“There are always people yelling in the game, even late at night around midnight. They’re throwing parties all the time, so it’s really hard to focus on studying and get sleep.”

“I can’t really think of anything wrong with it. The only thing I’d change is if it cost a little less.”

“A few of the residents there don’t follow the rules in the guarantor agreement. I think they should be more strict about it, for the benefit of everyone else who lives there.”

“If I had to pick one thing to change about my place, the Vantage, it would be the study areas. I think they could be a lot more comfortable and set up in a way that actually helps you focus and learn. I also feel like the rooms should be priced a bit more fairly, and there should be more wardrobe space so it’s easier to store everything and stay organized.”

“We get hot water all year long, and when something comes up, they handle it right away.”
