The walls are way too thin right now. You can actually hear people talking on the phone through the wall.

Honestly, living here so far has been really good. The rooms are pretty spacious, and the kitchen is too. I also get a really nice view from both of those rooms. The only real issue I had with the place was the elevators, and that has been sorted out now. They work well, and the only time there was a problem was handled quickly and with a lot of care by the team. The building is usually pretty clean, even though the students definitely don’t always keep it that way. As for noise, I don’t hear much because I live on a higher floor.

The cleanliness was decent, but some of the staff’s attitudes really stood out.

They put the food waste bins outside.

More events for the residents so they can get to know one another.

The reception area could use a bit more artwork to make it look and feel even nicer.

The chairs are better, but they sit a little too low compared to the desk.

For recycling, I think it would help to have a few different types of bins, clearly labeled. Like, one for general waste and another for items that can actually be recycled. For example, paper and other recyclable materials should go in the recycling bin, so they can be processed and used again. That would be better for sustainability. Overall, different bins for different kinds of waste should be available in the bin area.

The wetroom is much better, but the floor is really cracked and not very comfortable.

A few of the appliances really should be swapped out for brand-new ones, like the freezer.
