“Honestly, considering what I’m paying, I feel like parking should cost less. They don’t really take care of the parking area at all, like they never sweep it or salt it. Also, when I moved in, my place didn’t seem properly cleaned. The sink was broken, there were scuff marks and stickers on the walls and cabinets, and the cupboards and fridge had sticky residue, with mold in the fridge too.”

“Got 24-hour help from reception if I had any problems with parcels or keys.”

“There’s one person in management who treats students badly and unfairly, like they’re trying to prove they matter more than the rest of us. He has even said out loud that the tenant isn’t a priority for him. If he were to change how he acts, I’d consider recommending this place. But he ended up ruining my stay completely.”

“Communication is terrible. Management doesn’t really communicate at all. When I raise problems, they don’t pass it on to the right people to fix it, and they don’t seem to take any interest either.”

“They usually have food events on, but they don’t really make any provision for different dietary needs, like vegetarian or vegan options.”

“There’s better use of the kitchen space, I’m getting more wardrobe space, and overall there’s more room on the floor.”
